At Heath Street we love sourdough. Not only is it packed with texture and flavour but many people also find it easier to digest thanks to its long fermentation.

We aren’t just about naturally leavened bread. Our team has a highly varied shared heritage and we love making breads from all around the world and from many different cultures.

All our flour comes from Gloucestershire-based Shipton Mill. We work with this family business to experiment with a wide variety of flours, which are all made from wheat that comes from regenerative organic farms.
